ASOS Broadens Use of Celonis to Enhance Supply Chain Efficiency

ASOS has deepened its partnership with Celonis to optimise its supply chain operations amid growing macroeconomic pressures requiring greater efficiency and cost management. Leveraging Celonis’ Process Intelligence technology, ASOS gains comprehensive oversight and real-time insights across its entire supply chain, accelerating order fulfilment and improving customer satisfaction.

By integrating its end-to-end supply chain via Celonis’ platform, ASOS achieves increased transparency and accountability, reducing process variability and speeding up time-to-market. Laurence Moore, Head of Strategic Projects at ASOS, noted that this connection enables teams to dismantle silos, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and deliver trends to customers more quickly.

The platform’s object-centric process mining links product, inbound logistics, delivery, and returns functions, providing detailed tracking of thousands of SKUs from purchase order to warehouse. Additionally, ASOS monitors third-party carrier performance and SLA compliance to enhance financial performance and customer experience.

Celonis analytics further support commercial decisions around vendor investments and pricing, while also enabling proactive customer communications to minimize service calls and costs.

ASOS plans to expand Celonis applications into purchase-to-pay, order management, IT services, and warehouse management to continue driving digital transformation, operational control, and a seamless customer experience.
